The company had put its best efforts to bring back the game by breaking off ties with Tencent and even finding a local partner to host and store the user data within the country but nothing went in its favour.
However, that changed recently when Krafton has Anno nced the Battlegrounds Mobike India launch in the county.

Pre-registration only on Google Play Store
That’s right, Battlegrounds Mobile India pre-registration will only happen through the Google Play Store. This means the game will only be available for Android users initially as there has been nothing said so far about its availability on iOS.
Pre-registration link will go live on May 18th
The Battlegrounds Mobile India pre-registration link will go live only on May 18th, possibly at midnight. Once the link is live, you can head over to the Battlegrounds Mobile India application on the Google Play Store and click the “pre-register” button.
Rewards for users who pre-register
Krafton announced that there will be special rewards for fans who pre-register for Battlegrounds Mobile India. While the company has not detailed the rewards, they mentioned that the rewards would be specific to Indian players only.
Battlegrounds Mobile India is exclusive to India
Krafton has mentioned clearly that Battlegrounds Mobile India will be available exclusively to play in India. This means that if you are outside India, you will not be able to pre-register or play that game. What isn’t clear right now is whether Battlegrounds Mobile India players will be able to play with global PUBG Mobile players.
